Thank you for your interest in the Mindfulness for Students Program at Vita Psychology and Education Services.
Whether you are participating in the group or individual program the Mindfulness for Students program will provide you/ or your child
with the tools required to reduce stress, improve focus, develop self- awareness, facilitate calmness, and foster positive emotions.
Backed by a growing body of empirical evidence, the Mindfulness for Students program will educate participants on how to utilise Mindfulness techniques to improve their study success.
